Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated on a product page. If you have any concern about when an item will be shipped, please contact us prior to ordering. Orders that contain incorrect or undeliverable shipping information, as entered by the customer, which cannot be delivered by the carrier, will have the customer be responsible for additional shipping charges to complete the delivery. If there are charges for sending the item back to United Salon Supplies, the additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In order to quality for free shipping the subtotal of your order must exceed $50.00. Heavy products that weigh over 8 pounds are excluded from our free shipping policy. Products include the gallon sized Wella Professionals Koleston Perfect Me Welloxon Developer, Wella Professionals Color Touch Emulsion and Marianna Developer 30 Volume 1 Gallon.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER ABOUT SHIPPING TIMES
It is important to know that the shipping time is based on actual transit time once an order has shipped, but does not include order processing time. Orders placed before 1PM PST Monday–Friday usually ships out that same day. Orders placed after 1PM PST Monday–Friday will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If you need something by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm when your order can actually ship.
